ば instead of と. More written, and the usual form in analysis and news.

見る instead of する, so the noun is something looked at, in speech and writing alike. The natural choice when the noun is a person (子供から見ると, 外国人から見ると).
から見てkaramitecolloquial
the て-form, common in speech. It states the guess flat out.
からしてkarashitealternant
same job, in writing and speech alike. It alone also means "starting with" (態度からして気に入らない), which と and ば never do.
