その上うえ

それに is lighter, and tacks on a passing afterthought (それに、量りょうも多おおい). その上うえ adds something that weighs as much as the first (この部屋へやは日当ひあたりがいい。その上うえ、収納しゅうのうも十分じゅうぶんだ).

しかも stamps the fact as noteworthy, even in a bare fragment (三時間さんじかん待まった。しかも、外そとで). その上うえ needs a full sentence with its own weight after it (この部屋へやは日当ひあたりがいい。その上うえ、収納しゅうのうも十分じゅうぶんだ).

に加くわえて names its addition as a noun, and reads as business writing (残業ざんぎょうに加くわえて休日きゅうじつ出勤しゅっきんも). その上うえ opens its own sentence, and is ordinary in speech (この部屋へやは日当ひあたりがいい。その上うえ、収納しゅうのうも十分じゅうぶんだ).

その上うえ piles on a second point of the same kind (安やすい。その上うえ早はやい). そのかわり concedes a drawback, and offers something in return (安やすい。そのかわり時間じかんがかかる).

そればかりでなく makes the new fact sound bigger than expected (そればかりでなく、価格かかくも上あがった). その上うえ just adds a second fact, nothing more (その上うえ、天気てんきも悪わるかった).

その上うえで means "having done that, on that basis" (資料しりょうは読よんだ。その上うえで決きめる). その上うえ alone just adds a second fact, not a next step (この部屋へやは日当ひあたりがいい。その上うえ、収納しゅうのうも十分じゅうぶんだ).
