も just adds the noun to others already in play (子供こどもも分わかる). でも presents it as the unlikeliest member (子供こどもでも分わかる), about ease, not who else understands.
だって
だって does both jobs too (子供こどもだって分わかる), but reads as spoken push-back. でも stays neutral in tone, which is why a notice writes 初はじめての方かたでも and never 初はじめての方かただって.

でも
With nothing in front, でも opens a sentence and pushes back ("but"). Stuck onto a noun, it means "even" (子供こどもでも分わかる), never "but."
ても
読よんでも is 読よんで＋も, a different で from this one, though the "even" reading lines up (子供こどもでも分わかる ≈ 子供こどもが読よんでも分わかる). This でも takes a bare noun, follows another particle, and opens invitations (先生せんせいにでも, お茶ちゃでも).

Notes

The suggestion でも is not really offering a choice — お茶ちゃでも
飲のもう proposes tea, and the でも is there only to keep the invitation
from landing as a demand.
