  • あとちょっとatochottocolloquial

    the spoken shape of あと少すこし, and the usual cry of encouragement — あとちょっとだ、がんばれ。

Notes

あと needs a quantity behind it — あと十分じゅっぷん, あと二人ふたり,
あと少すこし. Bare あと at the head of a sentence is instead the casual
"and also" (あと、牛乳ぎゅうにゅうも買かってきて), which それと covers.
