それで

ので joins the reason and the result in one sentence, even a request (遅おくれますので、お待まちください). それで never leads into a request, unlike から／だから.

それから just says the next thing came after. それで says the earlier thing caused it, so a list of steps needs それから.

それで just reports what actually followed, never an intention or a command (×それで、もう寝ねるね). だから fronts the speaker's own reasoning, so it can lead into either one (だから、もう寝ねるね).

それで belongs to conversation, reporting what actually happened next (雨あめが降ふった。それで、中止ちゅうしになった). したがって is written, and states a logical next step (したがって、見直みなおしが必要ひつようである).

それで reports whatever followed, even an outcome nobody chose (雨あめが降ふった。それで、中止ちゅうしになった). そこで needs a step someone deliberately took next (そこで、私わたしは考かんがえました).

それで is spoken, and reports any follow-on at all (雨あめが降ふった。それで、中止ちゅうしになった). その結果けっか reports the outcome of an effort or process (話はなし合あいを重かさねた。その結果けっか、成功せいこうした).

それで needs the cause fresh in conversation, reporting what followed (雨あめが降ふった。それで、中止ちゅうしになった). そのため states the link itself, and fits writing and notices (そのため、電車でんしゃに遅おくれが出でております).

それで claims the last sentence caused what follows, often the speaker's own doing. すると claims only that the next thing came at once, unbidden.

それで points back at a result already given (「それで？」asks what happened next). それでは and じゃあ point forward to announce the next move.

それで draws the natural result (雨あめだった。それで中止ちゅうしした). それでも denies that result and goes ahead anyway (雨あめだった。それでも決行けっこうした).
