G1 あ段＋せられる（縮約あ段＋される：行かされる）／G2 させられる／する→させられる／来る→こさせられるattaches to verb stem (class-specific)

The short 〜される contraction is blocked for す-stem godan — 話す→ 話させられる, never ×話さされる. Elsewhere speech prefers the short form: 行かされる, 待たされる.

ざるを得ない
Both mean "forced to do" — させられる names a forcer (a person makes you), ざるを得ない blames circumstances with no one to point at; 残業させられた has a boss in it, 残業せざるを得ない only a deadline.

させる
The same chain of coercion told from opposite ends — the causative seats the one applying pressure as subject (先生が生徒に書かせた), its passive させられる seats the one compelled and adds their reluctance (生徒は書かせられた); pick by whose side of the coercion the sentence tells.
