に違いない
The same conclusion on different paper — に違ちがいない is the neutral default that works in speech and writing alike, while に相違そういない is written-formal and effectively extinct in speech — legal and official statements (供述きょうじゅつ調書ちょうしょ, 証明書しょうめいしょ) are its home ground, but it survives in stiff expository prose generally; said out loud it sounds like someone reading a statement aloud.
に決まっている
Two ends of one register scale at near-identical certainty — に相違そういない commits the conviction to a document where it must withstand scrutiny, に決きまっている says it out loud and refuses to be argued with; neither survives being moved into the other's setting.
