しろよshiroyocolloquial
よ makes the order personal — pressing and impatient rather than flatly cold, so between friends it nags rather than commands(早くしろよ・行けよ・食べろよ).
くれkurecolloquial
くれる breaks the 一段 rule and gives くれ, never ×くれろ — ちょっと手を貸してくれ, and the same shape carries the 〜てくれ request.
