以上 — は is the default written/legal shape, foregrounding the premise as a given; bare 以上 is lighter at any register, not specifically casual — 約束やくそくした以上、必かならず守まもる。

Noun and na-adjective premises need である, not だ — 学生がくせいである
以上は, never 学生だ以上は.

からには
以上は is the more written, reasoned member and tolerates an impersonal or purely stative premise (供給きょうきゅうが回復かいふくしない以上は…); からには is more spoken and more emotionally loaded, and strains on that same stative premise — it wants the premise to be someone's choice or assumed role (住すんでいるからには, 引ひき受うけたからには), which 以上は accepts too but does not require.
上は
以上は sits comfortably in ordinary firm speech and print alike; 上うえは is confined to formal writing and declaimed speech — a ruling, a formal announcement, a vow — and reading it in casual conversation sounds staged where 以上は does not.

以上に
The same 以上, but the particle changes the job entirely — 以上は (this file) draws a firm conclusion FROM an established fact; 以上に is the comparison-degree marker "beyond, more than" (想像そうぞう以上いじょうに難むずかしい) with no obligation or resolve involved at all.
