さしあげるsashiageruformal
humble giving upward, and the standard verb toward customers — 粗品を差し上げる. The trap is the auxiliary 〜てさしあげる, which patronises (持ってさしあげます).
くださるkudasaruformal
honorific giving toward the speaker's side — 先生が資料をくださった; the polite form is くださいます, not ×くださります.
いただくitadakuformal
humble receiving — 先生に本をいただきました; the everyday もらう said from below.
いただけませんかitadakemasenkaformal
いただける asked in the polite negative, which is how a counter or an office asks for a thing — 申込書をいただけませんか.
やるyarucolloquial
downward giving — 犬にえさをやる, 花に水をやる; aimed at an adult it sounds rough.
