Your courses

Press New course. It opens on its own page, ready for classes.
Open a course card. Its classes, its people and your notes are there.
Enter a join code. You join that teacher's course as a student.
Open Profile under the account icon. You change the name a class shows.

Sign in with Google from the landing page.
Press New course and name it to start teaching one.
Enter the join code a teacher gave you to be enrolled as a student at once.
Every course you teach or attend is a card on this page.
A card says how many people are in the course and when the next class is.
Open a card to reach that course's classes, its people and your own notes.
The account icon in the header holds Profile, this guide and the way out.
Profile is where you change the name everyone in a class sees.

A course

Press New class. It is scheduled under Upcoming at the time you set.
Press Copy on the join code. Anyone entering it joins as a student.
Open a class. Opening it is how you join it.
Press New notes. A stage of your own opens in this course.
Press Publish on a private class. Your students can see it.

New class asks for a name and a start time, and nothing else.
Copy the join code beside the classes and send it to your students.
The code renews itself every 7 days, and Regenerate now replaces it sooner.
Open a class from this page to join it; there is no other door in.
A class you scheduled opens for you before it starts, and what you lay out is its plan.
Press Publish on a private class to let your students see it.
Past classes stay on the page, each one readable down its timeline.
New notes opens a stage of your own in this course.
Settings holds the course name, its visibility, its people, the code and who is waiting.
A student leaves the course from that same page.
Open a student's name to read the notes they shared with you.

Running a class

Press Start class. The class goes live and your students can walk in.
Put a cell on the stage. Everyone watching sees the same handout or entry.
Press Take a checkpoint. The moment is kept for the class to walk back to.
Press Lock all cells. Every cell becomes yours alone to move.
Press End class. It stops, and stays readable down its timeline.

The rail holds Class, Layout, Materials, People, Notes, Draw and Settings — down the right, or along the bottom on a narrow screen.
Put up a handout, a catalogue entry or a camera — a stage holds up to five cells.
Drag a cell by its grip to move it; Layout holds the map and Reset.
Press Start class in the Class tab to take it live.
The checkpoint press stands in the dock, between the timeline and Sync.
Press a checkpoint's name to walk the class to it; the pencil renames it.
Lock all cells in the dock holds every cell; a cell's own padlock holds that one.

Upload under Your files instead. Students read it with no link at all.

Go to drive.google.com on a computer, or open the Drive app on a phone.
On a computer, press New, then File upload, and pick your PDF.
On a phone, tap the plus, then Upload, and pick your PDF.
Open the file's menu and choose Share, or Manage access on a phone.
Under General access choose Anyone with the link, and leave the role at Viewer.
Press Copy link.
Paste the link into the class; we turn it into a download link and check it.
Dropbox goes the same way: upload, Share, anyone with the link can view, Copy link.
Any other https link that downloads the PDF when it opens works too.
The file stays in your own drive, and your name shows as its owner.

The catalogue

Press Catalogue on an empty cell. The search opens over the whole catalogue.
Pick a result. Every student sees the entry you picked.
Press Change. The cell takes another entry and the class follows.
Press Open on the catalogue. The entry opens in a tab, the class untouched.
Pick from the class panel instead. The entry joins the plan, not the stage.

An entry is a grammar pattern, a vocabulary word or a seed word.
One catalogue cell holds one entry and shows one face of it.
Press Catalogue on an empty cell, or Change on one already holding an entry.
Search by headword, reading, romaji or English meaning, and narrow it by kind or level.
Pick a result to put the entry up; the whole class sees the same cell.
A cell holding no entry is the conjugator on its own, over the whole word list.

Three switches in the cell's header say whether furigana, romaji and English print.
