どうか asks for goodwill the speaker has no claim on; なんとか asks for a way — どうか begs for the act, なんとか begs for the means that would make the act possible.

ぜひ presses a request the listener would be glad to take up; なんとか presses one the listener would rather refuse, so it asks for effort instead of enthusiasm — an invitation takes ぜひお越こしください, never ×なんとかお越こしください.

ていただけませんか already leaves the listener room to refuse; なんとか in front admits the request is a burden and asks anyway, which is why the pair belongs to schedule changes and favours rather than ordinary business requests.
